Terms of Use
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms are the rules for using ewimo.me (the “Site”), operated by Ewimo. By using the Site, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy, Copyright & DMCA Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site is a personal portfolio and a way to contact me. Descriptions of projects and services are informational. They are not a binding offer. Paid or ongoing work starts only when we agree separately, in email, Discord, or another written message that states what will be done and on what terms.
Linked products — including rebumper.online, WinTweak, and Chat Move — may have their own licenses, download terms, or platform rules. Those terms control that product. These Site terms control ewimo.me.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break, probe, or overload the Site, or try to access it in a way I have not made available.
- Use the Site or my contact details to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
- Impersonate me or anyone else, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Copy the Site’s design or text for a competing site, except for short quotes with credit, or except where a project license (such as CC0) says otherwise.
- Use any linked tool in a way that breaks the rules of Telegram, Discord, Minecraft, Microsoft, or any other platform it runs on.
Intellectual property
Unless a page or a project license says otherwise, the text, layout, and original graphics on the Site belong to Ewimo. Project names and third-party marks (including Telegram, Discord, Minecraft, Fabric, Modrinth, and GitHub) belong to their owners. Nothing on the Site gives you a license to those marks.
If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, use the process on the Copyright & DMCA page.
Third-party links
The Site links to other websites and downloads. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for their content, availability, security, or policies. Follow their terms when you use them.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” I do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Project descriptions can go out of date. See the Disclaimer for limits that apply to software and services mentioned on the Site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ewimo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or from links on it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid me specifically for the Site itself in the previous 12 months — which, for a free portfolio, is zero — or, if that limit is not allowed, to the minimum the law requires.
This limit does not apply to liability that the law does not allow me to limit, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is prohibited.
Your responsibility
If your misuse of the Site causes a claim against me, you will cover the resulting losses and reasonable legal costs, to the extent the law allows and to the extent the claim was caused by you.
Changes and availability
I may update the Site or these terms, or take the Site offline, at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when these terms change. If you keep using the Site after an update, the new terms apply. Mandatory rights you have under the law of your country are not waived by these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where I reside, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you may also have non-waivable rights under the laws of your own country, and those rights still apply. Courts in my place of residence may hear disputes, unless a consumer-protection law requires a different forum.
